Hi y'all,
I'm an ADHD coach now. I help college students, late-diagnosed ADHDers, and women in mid-life. I'm also learning to help people with climate-change response and disaster preparation (feminine-style prepping).

Any questions? What do you want to know about what I do?

This works with writing too. Writing something - anything -even if you think it's terrible, is always better than waiting for some magical creative mood to show up. You can edit bad writing. You can refine a decent idea into an amazing one. You can abandon a bad idea and work towards a better one.
Unpopular motivation hack for drawing:

Start drawing immediately, even if it feels impossible.

After 15 minutes, your brain will recognize the difficult task and create dopamine to help you keep going.

Agonizing endlessly before the drawing doesn't help your creative process.
