so the loops seem decent for places when you need to tune everything down like a bar but honestly i was lowkey disappointed in their performance at a concert bc it just felt like i was listening to music with the volume too low
got loop earplugs after reading a lot of reddit posts

they arrived today and so far i can't tell much of a difference from drugstore plugs

This is said to be to allow for it to revisit the scope of the IA AML Rule at a future date. it also said that FinCEN intends to revisit the substance of the IA AML Rule through a future rulemaking process and, together with the SEC, also intends to revisit the joint proposed rule establishing customer identification program rule requirements for investment advisers.
