@mrjamesob.bsky.social i haven’t heard this on your prog yet but a friend recently moved back from The Hague said the Dutch govnt had communicated with its population to prepare for conflict by stocking up on food, water, radios torches. This was in the last 2 years. Maybe the UK needs to catch up.
