Just took a potentially ill-advised edible, but today I survived my last long run of the training block, took my 6 year old to the movies, watch MSU deliver a W to Nebraska on a silver platter, and did like 4 loads of laundry.

And my back hurts. See you suckers on the other side ✌️

Exactly. We’ll likely be competing with coaching searches from Florida, LSU, Auburn, Wisconsin, and probably some other P4 probable openings I’m forgetting.

Unless you go winless from here on out, give Smith 2026 and if it’s any less than 7-5, move on.

See, I think the o-line is better. Not good enough, but it’s truly been better than the awful o-line play of the past 3 years.

D-line I think the jury is still out on. Looked solid today. If they keep playing like this the rest of the season, that answers a lot of questions.

Although I guess it depends on how the rest of the season goes. If you only get 1 more win, I think you pull the plug. If you can squeeze out another 5-7 record, with the remaining schedule, I think you give him another year.

Idk, man. I thought these guys played tough in the USC loss. This game was so disappointing. Much more winnable. I’m not out on Smith - I think he should get one more year. But I’m teetering on the edge of 50/50 whether I think it’s going to work out.
