It's been like five weeks. I took a two week break. Only did one class last week, seemed OK, did class this week then practiced tonight and she was screaming after 45 minutes. I may have to resort to PT 😭

A lot of people come to silks from a dance background and they are bendy, bendy people. I am.. not so much. That's a still from one of the new moves I learned last night that I had to modify a smidge because my straddle capabilities aren't wide enough currently.

After running Hood to Coast and some other things in the interim. I need a thing to maintain physical fitness. I can't just go to the gym for the sake of going to the gym.
