Today, I'm not coping. It's OK. No one needs to rescue me, I am safe. But I am signing off from being brave and coping just for a few hours, and I am going to bed with a book and doing some crying.

Choosing not to tell some good friends about son's mental health. Save me and him from "poor you". This is a big scary challenge and a rollercoaster, but I refuse stigma
