Chic cannot be taught. It's effortless and spontaneous. Yet it's self-aware and in that it borders on taste. Thus, the line between elegance and affectation is razor-thin. Refinement may remain elegant but once pretense begins chic ends.

Spent the last two weeks catching up on lots of little things that have been accumulating over literally years. Two more small things today and my brain is free of them all.
Relieved to start December with a lighter, brighter energy and a clearer path ahead.
