December's Cold Moon was the last my dear 14-year-old dog, Woody, would see. I took this moon pic after he was unable to go outside again. He lay sleeping in a warm blanket while we waited for morning. A neighbor helped carry him to the car for a final ride to the vet, where I held him to the end.

The trees on my campus are beautiful this week. Focusing on them and trying to ignore the "debate" here. #RollTide
