I'm with you. I just like to look at things on a case-by-case basis. In this case, initially even many independent outlets had reported that it appeared like the ordnance came from Gaza.

I myself do not rely on any mainstream outlets for news for the reasons you're describing.

The BBC was pretty good about breaking down the evidence collected and not concluding one way or the other. Here's their article from 9 days later. Definitely sounds like David missed the mark with this one, but that doesn't mean he doesn't care.

Sounds like at the time of David's posting this video, it was seeming to be clear that it was an RPG fired from within Gaza towards Israel. Now it seems unclear what actually happened. He certainly shouldn't have said this so confidently, I can agree with that
