I just want to wake up and be happy. I want to know that it's safe for my wife and I to try for a kid. I want to be able to go to the store and by food for meals. I want to be able to wake up and see something good on the news for once. My heart is breaking and I have little to no hope remaining.

I stopped doing leg work for about 2 weeks to focus on my upper body.
