I agree. I think I might upset some of my work peers when I require meetings to be summarized in some places to ensure we don't get to to a "trust me bro" or "he said/she said" situation. It's not like I think people lie but people can forget and make mistakes. We are stressed. Don't need arguing.

Being in telecommunications, you realize you can encode any data in any form using anything that can mimic some kind of binary or other data points.
