Really glad I set the cam up. The former-feral temporary foster and her kittens are very chill when left alone.

From the footage, these two kittens are proper little chaos merchants. They just discovered cat toys.

The third (off camera) is more like mum and likes a good snooze.

As a general rule, I make very limited use of textbooks - as a starting point to survey the field.. It's far better to read the case law and make up your own mind. In Cart, we showed that *all* the public law text books were wrong in stating that you couldn't JR a superior court of record.

That's true. Unfortunately, some of his references don't support the proposition he cites them for, or are permission decisions with no precedential value. It can be a false friend. Needs a great deal of caution and double-checking.
