3 months ago an important question appeared on bluesky: What saturn games does Drew Carey play? The games are prominently sat on his living room telivision but all we had was a low visibility screenshot and the prompt of may 2000. What games, indeed, did Drew Carey play? I wanted to find out.

Street Fighter 2 Turbo for the SNES is my second SNES cartridge re-shell.
I wanted to preserve the original cartridge for my copy of SF2T, but make it look good, so I opted for something that uniquely stands out and isn't trying to be deceptive about what it is. . . (1/2)

The original shell and label were in rough shape. I wanted to keep them as they were, but wanted something that looked better.

The ROM for the unreleased Famicom RPG Splatter World has been released (in a thread on 4chan, of all places). I've tried it myself, and it does seem to be genuine. If it's a fake, it's a damn good one.

The latest version of the Taito F2 core fixes the shadows in PuLiRuLa so they "shimmer" like you see in the video. The shadows are just the character sprites drawn with a black color palette and scaled down vertically. So what makes them shimmer?

Hey @mikejmika.bsky.social, the SNES version of Turtles in time has better bosses and added content, but the arcade version has 4 players. Which would be easier to add, 4 players to SNES, or the SNES content to arcade? Both seem like monumental tasks 🤔
