What will it take for regular people to understand that if they refuse to stand up against fascism they will not be spared? Fascism is a serial killer with no restrictions on who it targets.

It's tempting to treat "the American right is a death cult" as rhetorical hyperbole, but when you look at e.g. their enthusiasm for executing people who are *clearly* innocent, no actually these people really do just worship and revel in death and murder

I have as much sympathy for the plight of ICE agents in LA, Chicago, and Portland as I have for Russian troops in Ukraine.
