I bought a bag of popcorn last week and I’m still tripping about it. I swear shrinkflation hit the microwave popcorn industry. I remember bigger bags and less un popped kernels back in the day. Like I am taken aback at the change.

I think I’m having trouble digesting lactose at times. Switched to lactose free egg nog and milk.

My goal is to get more green vegetables in my diet. I’m good I’m fruit, but I really need to eat more veggies. #foodsky I bought some broccolini to add to my sardine dish. I also like brussel sprouts and should look into adding spinach to dishes too.

10 years ago I was a lot thinner than what I am now and at the time I was working my first job after college and a client said I looked like I just took a hit.

I threw together some onions, sardines, broccolini, and garlic in a pot and put it over some sticky rice with a fried egg on top work my miso soup as a side. Delicious #foodsky

Over the weekend I finished the latest book by Felix Blackwell, The Sorrowstones. I really like his books. I finished Stolen Tongues in a day and really enjoyed The Church Beneath the Roots #booksky

So I went to my fav international store to get the ingredients to make miso soup tomorrow. I’m excited. #foodsky I also got sardines, ima make a rice and sardine dish later this week.

Back from vacation last night. I got groceries and I’m getting seafood boil and ima meet with a friend to watch movies. Great day.
