1/Because Judge Currie says the govt can’t keep appointing acting US Attys after an initial 120 day appt, it’s now up to the local district judges to name an acting us atty. They’re likely to name someone who will stand for the rule of law & not reindict bad cases. But…
And now, the case against Letitia James is dismissed too, same rationale but minus the statute of limitations complication.

I think much younger people should fill major govt positions. The future is theirs. Most who signed the Constitution were younger than 43. George Washington was 57 years old when he became the first U.S. president.
Old folks could be in a consultation panel- like The Elders.
