Disabled lefty shouting into the void.
It's wild how utterly captured the UK government has been by this circle of elites for decades... And they would have gotten away with it too... If they weren't also nonces.

Fair enough on pedophilia being a red line but the naked corruption we've all known about for years should ruined them.

And I'm sure that none of it considers how this big existential threat of a reform government could twist the legislation and infrastructure they're creating into an apparatus to harm people they do care about.

(even if they don't care about disabled people getting harmed 🫩)

and you can use all of that capacity with lithium iron phosphate instead of just half with lead acid - and it doesn't self discharge either.

I think it only added 2kg to the weight as well.

Been running it for 5 years now. I'd have had to replace the old batteries at least 3x in that time.

I'm surprised that chemistry swaps aren't a more mainstream concept as well.

Swapping away from sealed lead acid to LiFePo4 batteries gave my inherited 20 year old mobility scooter a whole new lease of life!

I only have to charge it like once a month now. Went from 20ah to 100ah.

I'm pretty sure the flyer design process went something like this - "what do people like that we haven't destroyed the brand of yet? ... Bees ??! 🤷🏻‍♂️"

To be fair I'm surprised they didn't just print everything in green to muddy the waters like many of their MPs do 😅

I'm a green member and usually have very positive interactions with Zack & Green accounts. My comment came from a place of concern.

I do think we need to be careful about being too willing to discount valid and constructive criticism.

There will be bad faith attacks but not everything is 😅
January 30, 2026 at 11:39 AM
I got accused of being a labour bot for criticising the graph Zack used that showed change in support rather than the percentage of support in gorton & denton.

I felt it was misleading and using graphs like this will undermine the credibility of the greens over time.
January 30, 2026 at 11:39 AM
(I know about the error because I requested my medical records and it clearly shows they got confused filling in the form and put me in the 32nd percentile for inattention when I actually scored 32 points which would put me in the 81st percentile! This mistake has screwed me for 7 years 💀)

The lack of alt text on this stuff is inexcusable. A senator with a full staff and nobody knows how to copy and paste the text into the alt text field 🤦🏻‍♂️

How are we supposed to believe things can get better when dems won't even do the bare minimum of things within their power.

There's a creator on TikTok (Zoe bread) who's built a following of 1.4m. most of it came from her antics trying to fix a misleading parking sign in Manchester and getting nowhere with Manchester city council. She's not very kind about Burnham. I get the impression many on the ground aren't.

What happens when it's something that matters more?

It's like they've learnt nothing from Corbyn's mistakes. They just think it's all bad faith. They're cultivating the conditions for the next antisemitism crisis (not saying it will be antisemitism this time - just referencing the Corbyn thing).
January 27, 2026 at 10:08 AM
I kinda feel bad for them in some respect. It must be lonely seeing conspiracy behind every minor bit of discourse.

It doesn't feel promising to me that the graph thing has been met with silence from Zack/greens but they've let the over zealous followers attack well meaning people pointing it out.

Despite dangerous driving causing far more damage, death, and disablement than anything the facial recognition will prevent.

It would be seen as a war on motorists. 15 minute city enforcement. All the right wing conspiracy stuff.

But tracking the faces of young people at protests? **Crickets**

Bluesky devs do keep forgetting that some people still use bottom of the screen navigation buttons rather than gestures and it'll break parts of the UI (my nerve damage makes gestures difficult)...

So maybe that's part of the problem I'm experiencing with the alt text system 🤷🏻‍♂️
January 27, 2026 at 9:36 AM
I feel like the implementation of adding alt text is a poor user experience. It's fine for images you can describe in a few lines of text but the moment you fill the input box and need to scroll it's infuriating!

(Not excusing people who don't even try. Just my experience.)
January 27, 2026 at 9:36 AM
He's blocked me now 😂 usually I wouldn't bite but knew I was in the right and I had the energy to screw with him 🤷🏻‍♂️

Off to do something more productive now 😅
January 26, 2026 at 3:49 PM
This combined with fighting faceless "lefty" accounts with 1.8k followers for daring to offer the mildest of (constrictive!) criticism to their glorious leaders... It's really starting to feel like pre pandemic twitter in ways I thought I missed but now despise 🙎🏻‍♂️😤😅
January 26, 2026 at 3:39 PM
I'm not floundering. You're just so caught up in a defensive haze to see I'm not a threat or read the comments where I explained what I found misleading to a different user (before you even started harassing me).

Log off. I'm confident your 1.8k followers will see my pov.

They've cherry picked the one piece of data from the poll that'll create a dramatic graph - but the graph election maps UK went with shows a very different picture. Labour can still win so "only greens can stop reform" is not an honest statement to make with the data available.
Just for the sake of accuracy, this change still means a Labour victory and the greens are still in third. Please don’t use misleading graphics.
January 26, 2026 at 3:34 PM
(This is the "disinformation" I'm accused of pumping out for our lord and saviour Keith - me and my 100 followers are really gonna turn the polls around with this one 😂😂)

bsky.app/profile/disa...
If you want people to trust in politics again and not lose hope you can't use misleading graphics like this. Every time you do there's a credibility cost.

The best thing you could have done is not post it. The second best thing is to delete it now.
January 26, 2026 at 3:28 PM
Mate. All this because I disagree about a graph? Look at yourself.

Nothing on my profile suggests I support Starmer. I actively despise the man. He's a danger to disabled people and other marginalised people. The greens are the best alternative but you shouldn't shout down constructive criticism.
January 26, 2026 at 3:12 PM
It's a good thing bluesky is limiting your comments. You'll actively be damaging the Greens by treating people like this. Not everyone is an enemy. I'm not going to bother looking through hidden replies to engage such a bad faith actor.

Have a nice day. Things can get better - even our messaging ☺️

Laura is a great writer on disability and chronic illness. I remember her posts fondly from back before Twitter became hostile. I was very excited to find she's here on bluesky!
