It might be hard to do that when I live with my bf, though... I don't want to lie to him. He knows I'm going through some weight loss phase rn and he knows I have a history of eating disorders (namely severe bulimic tendencies when I lived alone).

Fasting between 8:30pm and 11am

- Avoid sugar + carbohydrates
- Focus on fresh produce + liquids
- Avoid weed/alcohol when possible to prevent binging
- Vitamins/supplements daily w any food eaten
- Log ANYTHING that I consume at all
