Can’t believe this needs saying, but here we are: Leafy greens, nightshades, nuts, legumes, and mushrooms are not toxic.

The fear of lectins, oxalates, or goitrogens is completely overblown.

Data shows people eating more of these foods live longer, healthier lives. 🤷‍♂️

Just a heads-up: if your yogurt has sugar, artificial sweeteners, colors, pieces of fruit or cereals, added probiotics, and no fat—then it’s not real yogurt. It’s most likely a cheap yogurt derivative that lacks the nutritional value and beneficial bacteria of a whole-food yogurt.
