This is appalling. Again, Trump and ICE have had the option to deport Abrego Garcia to Costa Rica for weeks and weeks. They won't explain why they refuse to do this. But we know why: Because they've decided it isn't dehumanizing or cruel enough.

This would not be exceptionally difficult to do. They could get HHS to declare people with gender dysphoria as "mentally incompetent" under 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(4) and federally funded providers to report all patients with such diagnosis to the NICS database to disqualify gun ownership.
