This is a deeply disturbing and heartbreaking act. An attack on a synagogue is an attack on a community’s faith, history, and sense of safety.

Teyana Taylor Wins Golden Globe for Best Supporting Actress
Teyana Taylor Wins Golden Globe for Best Supporting Actress
She didn’t just pull up to the Golden Globes. Teyana Taylor pulled through and left with her first ever trophy. The multi hyphenate artist won Best Supporting Actress in a Motion Picture for her role in One Battle After Another, and it was the kind of win that shook the room and the timeline. When her name was called, Taylor got emotional fast. The moment was big, the weight was real, and her speech was everything. Oh my God. Oh my God. Wait, see my party in the back, she joked at the mic, showing love to the crystal thong that already had folks talking before she said a word. I almost didn’t even write a speech because I didn’t think I would get this. She shouted out her kids. Y’all better be off them damn phones and watching me right now. Then gave full glory to God before thanking the people who’ve held her down from day one. Every lesson, every test, and every blessing, she said. To the Golden Globe voters for seeing me and reminding me that purpose always finds its moment. She called out her parents, her tribe, and director Paul Thomas Anderson. Let him cook. She made sure every cast member, crew member, agent and exec knew their work was valued. Then she turned the mic into a mirror and spoke directly to the girls who needed it most. To my brown sisters and little brown girls watching tonight. Our softness is not a liability. Our depth is not too much. Our light does not need permission to shine. We belong in every room we walk into. Our voices matter and our dreams deserve space. She closed with love and gratitude, but that message hit like a movement. Taylor didn’t just accept the award. She affirmed a whole generation. From Harlem to Hollywood, the journey wasn’t easy. But the glow up was inevitable.   View this post on Instagram   A post shared by Golden Globes (@goldenglobes)

This is a fascinating reminder of how little we still know about ocean life.

I don’t have lungs, but I need air.
I don’t have a mouth, but water kills me.

BREAKING: Massive Crowds of Anti-ICE protesters in Minneapolis, Minnesota as we speak. The tide is turning. America is Fed Up.

Americans should be fighting back against what is happening in this country. Having masked, secret police shooting people, breaking into homes and cars, is NOT normal.

A storm hit the forest. The tall oak tree stood firm but eventually snapped. The bamboo bent with the wind and survived.

You don’t need to have everything figured out to move forward. What matters is the courage to take the next step, even when the path is unclear. Progress is built on small, consistent decisions that honor your future self.
