Problem: Jedesmal eine Uni unterliegt vor Gericht, werden im Interesse der Rechtssicherheit die internen Verwaltungsabläufe noch aufwändiger. Manchmal denke ich: Eher werden die Personaldezernate unter der administrativen Last zusammenbrechen, als dass eine vernünftige Karrierestruktur kommt.
