It was so shocking - I also didn’t realize it would all keep getting worse; I was 10 & a huge Beatles fan. 🙂↕️ But if he was still here, I think that he wouldn’t be surprised; he was so wise to the ways of the world so I think he’d have kept trying to find new ways to spread his message of ☮️ & love 💖

I remember when that song came out. It was unlike anything in pop culture. It expanded my teenage awareness from my town to the global community. He was brilliant. I still listen to it when I need hope and faith in humanity.
