The way the nerves run thru the arm is really weird. I have found that if I am good and remember to do the nerve glides that the PT showed me things do start working again. I hope something like that can help you too.

Thumbs are so stupid. When my arm goes bad is it like someone is driving an ice pick through the top of my shoulder and somehow it goes through my elbow and my thumb, which tries to pop out. They have never figured out why it does this.
My sympathies. I hope the gremlin goes away soon.
