I believe it is all a game...watch what we are doing over there...while we line our pockets with taxpayer $$, utilize our positions for personal and family gain, and fleece the American taxpayers over here. Sadness. We need to shine light where there is darkness.

I believe he's dismantling a bloated bureaucracy, and giving power back to the states. As someone who has worked in higher education for 30+ years, I support this move.
