Fandom often mistakes the eyeliners for dark sclera, making this the fanon design of Lopunny’s eyes. In official design documents, they have no sclera, only pink iris with eyeliner. You can give it pink sclera or white sclera (with colored irises), but the black sclera with eyeliner is considered redundant and confusing to the audience.
