Another thing I've seen a lot, especially among middle schoolers (junior high, for you Midwesterners) is e-bikes carrying two people. Yeah, kids have done that forever on bikes, but it's a lot less effort on an e-bike, and the acceleration is different.
I don't have a solution for that.
