I will never understand why these people do Trump's dirty work for him at the cost of their own careers and reputations, and that he throws so many of them under the bus when he could just be decent to him and they will continue to protect him. Hoping the wheels are coming off that bus now.

In my lifetime, women couldn't get a credit card, loan or own a car or a house in their own names. Rape & domestic violence (aka "violence") were barely considered crimes. Feminism sought to get women rights & succeeded to a great extent. Look to others in our culture to blame for falling short

How is he going to sleep when they all start calling because their insurance bills tripled or they got kicked off entirely? Because the GOP has tried for 15 years to eliminate Obamacare with no idea of how to replace it. They still have no idea and don't care. Neither does Kaine I guess. Sleep well.

I don't know anybody on the left who gave a crap about Sydney Sweeney when they were trying to make that into a thing to make us look bad. In spite of that, folks like this continue to act like it was real and still try to use it against us. I miss truth sometimes.

I meant that in a more general way in light of last week's election results. I hoped that the shutdown would force our congress to actually act like leaders are supposed to and negotiate but now the republicans know that they needn't bother with that and can continue to run the govt like the mafia.

In my state, reps held a joint ticketed fundraiser. My congressperson had a phone community meeting, which could have happened just as easily from DC. They are accomplishing nothing as they avoid any in person contact with us unless we pay them extra. Bring them back to work. Open the Epstein files.
