In my state, reps held a joint ticketed fundraiser. My congressperson had a phone community meeting, which could have happened just as easily from DC. They are accomplishing nothing as they avoid any in person contact with us unless we pay them extra. Bring them back to work. Open the Epstein files.

Who is surprised by this report? I don't know much about economics but I can look around me and see what it happening with my own eyes. Everything is more expensive and people can't find decent paying jobs. This is a disaster unfolding before our eyes.

It is also likely to mean a sharp decrease in their tourism rate because some of us who visit there and love the city will not want to be there with military parading around the streets. I have felt safe and welcomed in Memphis but I will not go back with military present.

None of the times I have come there from Iowa have I ever been killed. Guess I am one of the lucky ones but I have to wonder why nobody told us about these midwesterners' deaths before, because I sure wouldn't have had those enjoyable visits if I'd known.
