Making healthy choices requires mental energy that I often didn't have before. Now I do, and it's full steam ahead.

Yesterday was busy: decorating outside in the morning, winterizing the dock in the afternoon. I've had lots of bowel gas from the Greek salad (tomatoes, onions AND garlic was just too much, looks like). I had to put a warm beanbag on my gut most of the evening. Despite that, I slept great!
