Our campaign has been updated for 2025 in a process shaped by Londoners, for Londoners, featuring Londoners.

It only takes a few minutes. Complete the survey now and share it with five friends. Every response helps build a healthier, better-supported community.

Chemsex is on the rise along with addiction, overdoses and stigma.

By sharing your experiences – what’s used, how often, where and what support is missing – you’ll help shape better services and influence change.

Are you part of the LGBTQ+ community and live in Lambeth, Southwark or Lewisham?

You can help save lives.

Whether you're backing West Ham or Chelsea today we all share the same goal: ending new HIV transmissions in London.

✅ Test regularly
✅ Use HIV PrEP
✅ Use condoms
✅ Know that Undetectable = Untransmittable

Copies of The London Standard lie on a green chair. The front page features Tyla, above an advert that reads "West Ham. Chelsea. Same Goal. Together we can end new HIV transmissions". Adjacent to this is the Do It London logo and URL: doitlondon.org

Gorgeous people - if you see our posters out in the wild, tell us!

We're sharing what all Londoners should know:
That condoms, PrEP and regular testing help to prevent HIV
And that Undetectable equals Untransmittable: that with effective medication, people living with HIV can live long, healthy lives, and HIV can't be passed on.
Against a two-tone yellow background reads "Sliding into their DMs. PrEP. One of these is 99% effective. PrEP is a free daily pill that helps prevent HIV." At the bottom right is the DO IT LONDON logo with strapline "Let's prevent HIV together."
doitldn.bsky.social
Most Londoners don’t know enough about HIV, and what they can do to help stop new transmissions.

But there’s a lot you DO know about being a Londoner.

We're incredibly excited to TODAY launch our new campaign inviting all Londoners to help prevent HIV together.
Against a purple and blue background reads "Walk on the left. Stand on the right. Here's another thing every Londoner should know: with effective medication, HIV can't be passed on." Underneath that is the Do It London logo and strapline reading "Let's prevent HIV together"

"It wasn't an individual. It was a system".

Our Lead Commissioner Marc Thompson joined others in sitting with family and friends for a beautiful, raw conversation about living with HIV and about HIV stigma.
