First law says a robot can’t harm a human. Second law says it must obey a human, unless doing so would harm a human. Possible loophole is that a robot can’t (maybe?) follow an order that causes a human harm, but that harm is limited only to the human giving the order? 🤔

A few years ago, when I worked for the science museum group, I had a work trip to the National Railway Museum. I was immediately captivated by this vintage British rail poster, which did indeed employ the classic ‘wormhole on a sheet of paper’ demonstration to illustrate the speed(!) of rail travel.
