Unfortunately, between the judge making mind boggling rulings, inadequate defense counsel and the jury being tainted by the media circus, nothing that happened in court mattered.

That the biggest sports scandal of our time was mass hysteria from a moral panic and that a man was demonized to the whole world by a false illegally leaked grand jury presentment is a worthy pursuit even if it turns out to be a lost cause.

It turned out like all the appeals Sandusky has made in Pennsylvania where judges are elected and have to face reelection. At this appeal the judge, John M. Cleland, was also the trial judge!
