People tend to think burnout is from overworking, and while that doesn't help matters, it has even more to do with a lack of stability and psychological safety. Being stuck in heightened stress states (flight, fight, freeze, etc) with no clear signal it's safe to come down wrecks body & mind.

My partner is tired of me asking them how my bridge piercing looks, every day. I'm paranoid. But it's healing well with no issues. 😂
