The only new thing I've managed to watch recently is K-pop Demon Hunters haha. I don't get a lot of time to watch new things too since I'm either working, parenting or making. Familiar shows and films make good background noise.

Spinal injections went okay but I've been soooo sore all day from them. That's normal, thankfully, but I'm just hoping I'll get some pain relief out of it once the initial pain is gone. 🤞🏻

It's horrendous. The ageism that comes with it too, it's unbelievable. Being told by two specialists that I'm "too young to need mobility aids" makes me so worried for my fellow disabled people. My 10yo niece was born with a disability, would they dare say that to her?

I just want to be able to move without pain again. I'm having to rely on my wheelchair to get around more now and this country is not remotely built to accommodate wheelchair users.

The amount of ableism in our healthcare system alone is fucking ridiculous and I'm so, so tired of it.
