Yes. I really enjoyed the first episode too! Frankly, I was a bit surprised I did. I love how they played out a scene that was referenced in the original show.

That was nothing near checking someone, primarily because it wasn't between them. The focus was Meredith. I'm waiting to see when they have issues between them. Angie's flip-flopped amongst every cast member in her short time on the show. I believe Mary's authenticity...not sold on Angies yet.

Meh I'm still not convinced Angie's motivations aren't for audience popularity points or show strategy, but time will tell. The day that comes where Mary has beef with her and how she handles that will tell because she's been dismissive and combative with anybody else who's had beef with her.

Exactly. Now imagine you had to bring that guy on TV where the cast are going to turn it on thick for the cameras. I understand 100% why Quad kept it under wraps until she was ready. You need to be solid before being subject to manufactured TV scrutiny.
