A little advice for my able-bodied followers: Don't take your body's ability to bounce back for granted.
There comes a point where you can't out exercise, out diet, or even out rest illness or stress, and for some it comes earlier, or for others, later. Good genetics only get you so far.

Given the proposed mask ban in New York, now feels like a good time to remind folks that disability advocates in Illinois are trying to codify the right to wear masks into law

If successful this could be a critical step in protecting the right to mask across the US
