Costco had brisket primals for $3/lb so I'm doing a Sous Vide Smoked Brisket. 36 hours at 150 deg (Freedom units). With the weather being so nice this weekend I might finish it on the grill for some real smoke.

I know you think you are doing good by donating items new with price tags to places like goodwill so someone can get a bargain, but please cut the tags off. All they do is overprice the item and it will likely end up as rags.
