This is the problem with Europe.
With Trump's election, the UK is one of few countries which can+need to show leadership on internationalism and defending democracy... instead we get this? "Difficult decisions" penny pinching? Have to hope there's a plan to get to 2.5% spending but it doesn't feel like there's any urgency
