YES Tom!

“The thing I love about British pub food is we don’t think it’s weird to have a Korean spiced mackerel dish followed by north African lamb tagine and then Sussex pond pudding,” Kerridge says. “You wouldn’t get that in France.” www.theguardian.com/food/2025/ma...

Having a delicious lunch at Zuma in Knightsbridge. It’s been here 24 years. Rare that anywhere stays this good for that long.

I’m on a run of eating at some very disappointing new restaurants. Six in the last month. I’ve never had such a streak of duds before. Big name or new-young-cool chefs cooking boring food in expensive fit-outs and great locations seems to be the new thing. What’s going on..? 🤷‍♂️

Come and work in hospitality. Like people and a dynamic workplace? Retrain on the job. There'll be 100 really good, new jobs in two really good, new restaurants I'm opening in London in April/May/June, and we'll be struggling to find really good people. www.theguardian.com/money/2025/f...

It's not my favourite part of town but there are some beautiful restaurants in Mayfair (not Bacchanalia 🤢). They just need to find a way to scare off the gilet wearing, quarter zip clad, sockless moccasined knobheads and we could all eat there every week. 🤓 www.cntraveller.com/gallery/best...
