The only way these platforms can be as an engaging an experience as the legacy platforms is the network effect. Algorithms have a little to do with it. You need to have enough engagement from people you know, so the more people you can get to join here the better this is gonna get .

It is an excellent idea for Canada to catch up on our woeful neglect of military capability. Donald F. Trump's arm-twisting may be beneficial in that regard.
