racked the cran off the fruit + lees, fining it in 3 different containers ... looks like my technique is working well as the practice wine came out nice and clear (2nd pic)

it's uncharacteristically warm and beautiful out in a way that makes my body celebrate but it is in fact january, so that makes me quite concerned
