My dad brushes his teeth, takes calls, listens to podcasts, or starts up a conversion when driving. He does literally anything he can to keep his attention and Im honestly more comfortable when he does cause I know he kinda needs to. If it doesn't work like that then idk, but otherwise I would probably try to completely uninstall Java then run java - version just to verify that it is seen as random junk and then install it from scratch

I haven't used windows in forever, but if you type random junk into the shell it says something along the lines of command not found right?
