Made a 5x5 games chart. It's not ranked in any specific order though. I tried to keep it to one game per series too otherwise there would be a lot more of certain series. Some are recent favorites but others like Zelda I'm not really into now, but loved when I was a kid so not including it felt off.
Maribel joined again! I missed her! She's my favorite and the period of time when she was away lasted longer than I liked.

I started Princession Orchestra a few days ago and loving it. Symphogear+PriPara makes for a wonderful combination. I really should have picked this up sooner.

Finish Rayearth or Omelas with mechs as I called it in my head. Overall I liked it. Umi and Aska ended up being my favorites. The Autozam characters were cool too. Nova carried the villain side since Debonair was pretty forgettable as a final villain.

Fosse is adorable it's a shame she's only in your party for such a short time. I've decided. If she's a permanent party member in Reimagined then there is a chance I will buy it. Stuff like VA, newer graphics or QoL updates mean nothing to me so if it doesn't happen then I'm happy with this version.

Something that's been on my mind more and more. Dragon Quest is a really bittersweet series isn't it? I still have quite a bit of 7 to go and there is 8 onwards too so things could change but I feel like bittersweet feeling is something you wouldn't associate with the series unless you played them.

Ah man I'm loving Nova. The other villains up to this point weren't that interesting but Nova instantly stole the show the moment she took center stage.

Watching episode 20 of Rayearth and then going through the Matilda plotline of DQ7 not that long after was certainly an experience. Now for the most part the story of both are very different so there isn't much comparison but the one similarity made me go "Ah jeez here we go again".

I beat FF7. While I wouldn't personally put it in my list of favorites I get why so many people love it. If I played it when I was a brat it probably would have been my number one favorite for many years.

Made it a few episodes into Rayearth. Hikaru is adorable. I like her best. Umi is very high strung and doesn't have an inside voice but despite that I like her too. Fuu is alright. I don't dislike her but so far at least I the other two stand out to me more.

Started Magic Knight Rayearth today. Honestly it's a mystery why I haven't watched it sooner since it's a mix of magical girls and mecha both of which I love a bunch.

I made it to disk 2. The big event at the end of disk 1 didn't hit me that hard, but that isn't because it was lacking or anything like that. It's because of just how much I've been spoiled on the game. If I played it when I was younger without knowing anything then I would have been devastated.

I got Tifa for my date. I like her but honestly I was hoping for Barret. Though I guess getting him to show up isn't happening if you don't what to do.

I finished Corrector Yui. It fell off a bit during the second half. I didn't really care much for Ai and Kurokawa was really lame villain compared to the Corruptors who were a fun bunch of goofs. But even then it was a fun show overall. I think anyone that likes magical girl anime would enjoy this.

I never thought Red XIII could pull off a disguise like that since he's a dog and all but I never should have doubted him. All I can say is I love you Red XIII. I'd give you a big hug if I could.

I finished the Midgar portion of FF7. The part where you sneak into the Shinra building was great fun but what I really want to do is call Rufus a stupid little nepo baby. And to beat him up too of course. But if I was there when he was yapping then he would have been called a nepo baby to his face.

Partway through Corrector Yui's second season. I've noticed that the screentime for the other correctors has been really lopsided in favor of Control and Rescue. I like them best so I don't mind it much but the first season definitely did a better job at balancing them out.

Got started on Final Fantasy VII today. I never actually played it before but because the game is so famous I already know so much about what goes on in it. That being said though knowing a spoiler and knowing the full context are two very different things so it's nice to experience the actual game.

Nearly finished with the first part of Corrector Yui. The cast is generally pretty fun but I especially love Control. He's such a loveable dork.

Started Corrector Yui a few days ago. It's a late 90s magical girl show except instead of getting magical powers to fight monsters Yui goes to VR worlds to fight viruses. It's charming to see the writers imagined future internet but there is a bit of a bittersweetness looking at the internet today.

Probably gonna take a bit of a break from RPGs after playing so many in a row though. I wouldn't say I'm brunt out just yet. If I really wanted to I could probably play one more, but I'd definitely be brunt out by the end of that one and there have been other stuff I've been wanting to play.

I cleared Romancing SaGa 3. What an amazing game. I think I prefer 2 overall but it's still really close. I don't plan on replaying it right away but I'm already thinking of how I want to tackle my next playthrough of the game.

So thankful for multiple saves. I've made it to the final dungeon of RS3 but there is no going back when you enter. I think I can take on the final boss but I'd rather make extra preparations just to be safe.
