I have no idea how old I am here, but I do know I'm no older than 15. (I hated having my photo taken.) At the time I thought I looked older than my age, but looking back at 48, I'm a freaking baby!

I often wonder the same thing. However, boy am I glad to have so much cute to support me during these trying times!

As much as I adore classic illustrators like Tasha Tudor, Maxfield Parrish, Jessie Wilcox Smith, Arthur Rackham, etc., the scribbly, chaotic, sometimes bizarre, yet imaginative & fascinating art of "Rain Makes Applesauce" inspired my love of books & writing. I still have a copy at 48. #Bookvember

I just bought this AlphaSmart from eBay & I'm excited to work with it! I miss my old Smith-Corona word processor - I was able to write without distraction - but this AlphaSmart seems like an excellent compromise between it & my laptop. Cross your fingers I can get some good writing done! #writing

They can be the derpiest, that's for sure. This is my nearly-30-lb., 4' long (including his foot and a half long tail) giganticat, Mercury, who I managed to catch as he lounged behind the TV. The look on his face when he realized I was taking a picture was priceless!

My Velcro kitty, Aurora, who understands that my kisses are the same as her face rubs, so we go back and forth with them in a lovefest. (No video of that - I live alone and don't have enough hands to capture it.)

I lost Ramses Sept. 17th, yet my brain just now asked itself "I haven't seen Ramses in a while, I wonder where he is?" Two seconds later, I remembered. *sigh* I think I'm brain dead.
My old man, Ramses, snoring away with his head tucked under his chest like a duck - which he often sounded like - on the same pastel rainbow afghan where my tabby girl, Aurora, has burrowed to nap, with just the top of her head peeking out.

Started watching this video (5 Weird Fantasy Bows, bluminek) for the info (because bows are cool) but got more entertainment than I expected. Aurora was fascinated by the presenter's movements - I had a hard time keeping in the laughter watching her. She spent 20 minutes watching this guy! #cats

So cute! And don't I know it! I'm really only able to get good photos of my tabby girl, Aurora - she has no problem posing. But the boys, Mercury and especially the late Ramses, are terrible - as soon as the phone comes out, they're gone!

Lol that's adorable! I wish my little girl would occasionally forget - she's not just a talker, she's a yeller, meowing at me at high volume and about EVERYTHING. She makes up for it by being a super lovey-dovey Velcro kitty, though. 😊
