Iraq accused ~ 20 people, not all of “its Jews.” There’s also the consensus of Iraqi Jews in Israel, the view of the British Foreign Office, and Avi Shlaim’s research. jewishcurrents.org/weeping-for-... Of course there’s room for debate but the “conspiracy theory” label is quite a stretch here.
