My pal Jackie told me this house was going for $12k/mo & was hiked to $28k/mo after the fires so I called the realtor and told him this was price gouging. He said “I’m just trying to help people”. When I said he could serve a year in jail & pay fines, he hung up on me. Then he removed the listing.
