To be honest I’m struggling to grasp their political angle, considering they are haemorrhaging voters to reform at breathtaking speed, and polls show they haven’t gained any Reform voter. They are acting very erratically.

I support the work of the EFF, but the argument proposed here only works for research, it doesn’t take into account the economic harm that fair use inflicts to categories of workers such as professional writers and illustrators, who are confronted with an avalanche of free, automated competing work.

Great. Peter Kyle did his best to undermine the creative industries in favour of US big tech. Now that he oversees a far larger field of action I guess we should expect the interest of the whole country undermined in favour of monopolies.
