You said wealthier and more established (not sure what that means) but none of that has to do with age. There are lots of poor/lower middle-class elderly people but somehow that demographic still votes in much greater numbers per capita.

It's a novel idea, I'll give you that. But considering that the largest voting demographic -- by far -- is and always has been 65+ wouldn't older Democrats be more representative?

Maybe we should measure each primary candidate against an actuarial table to determine who's least likely to die in office and nominate them.
Ooh! How about we only nominate elite athletes? Joel Embiid is in peak physical condition and the odds he'll die in the next 2 years are vanishingly low.
