RFK Jr. said autistic people don’t work or play sports. They say he’s wrong.

So can someone explain to me the logic behind putting thousands of people out of work? There aren't enough private sector jobs to absorb all the newly unemployed, at least I don't think there are. How does it save money when these people may have to resort to seeking public assistance?
